To upload documents you must be a CERN registered user.
The non-declared CERN users will therefore receive a login id and password after having
received, filled in and return an official CERN form. Would you therefore please fill in,
sign and return by fax the form you find at address: http://consult.cern.ch/service/registration/index.shtml#forms
