The objectives of the quality group is to *gradually* define and
introduce specific measures in the areas of the Software Development Process, Quality
Assurance (QA) and related issues. The WP quality representative will make sure that it is
happening inside his WP.
Here are some priorities for 2002:
Make sure the definition of the test and validation process is accepted and shared by
all WPs as part of the software development process.
Concentrate quality effort on application of the test and validation process. Make sure
the test plan is applied and input and output from eatch step are conforming to the
requiered quality level.
Progressively exchange between WPs best practices and common tools.
